Writer's Game: 3rd Session

Why not? Eh, let's do one more run of this, I really get ideas from this!

Song: Ain't no Other by Christina Aguilera
____________________________________________________________________

The lights turn on.

Let's start?

A performance is being called for. The music starts to play, and the people start filling in. I plaster a smile on my face, trying to be pleasant until I can loosen up and do this right.

The music becomes catchy, infiltrating the depths of my brain. I start to move along to the beat, as people start to watch and join. This is what I live for. The movement caused by the vibe of the music. The attention I get as I hype up the party.

I crave this, it's more substantial than food and water.

I see my coworkers, knowing they love this job as much as I do. Keeping a party alive is our job, and we take it to the fullest. We are waitresses and waiters, we are dancers and singers, deejays, we are flirts and stars.

We have that likability about us. We are amazing when we work.

We do this every night. Over and over again, we play music, turn on stage-like lights, and make ourselves and others happy. This is our life.

Who wouldn't want this?
This is life, and we live it to the fullest, basking in what we love.

And there is nothing like this.
